All products are custom made to order and require design approval prior to production.
Due to the personalised and custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once production has commenced or design proofs have been approved.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pertheventprints.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
